Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Charlie Whitehurst ended the team’s quarterback controversy yesterday afternoon in Cleveland. Chances are not too many people will be calling for Whitehurst next week if Tarvaris Jackson starts at QB for the Hawks when they host Cincinnati. In the lowest scoring game in team history Cleveland defeated Seattle, 6-3, in a game as boring as the final score would indicate. Whitehurst completed only 12 passes in 30 attempts for a QB rating of 35.0. Only the Raiders’ Kyle Boller had a lower rating and he only played one half.
